KIGIについて
KIGIは、サステナブルレストラン格付
「FOOD MADE GOOD」において
三つ星の評価をいただいています。
半径80km圏内を目安とした地産地消の野菜や
千代田区産はちみつの活用、
仕込みで出る野菜くずのコンポスト化、
フェアトレード食材の導入など、
日々の実践の中で選択可能な取り組みを
一つひとつ積み重ねています。
私たちは、大きな変化ではなく、
小さな実装の継続に価値を置いています。
KIGI has been awarded three stars
in the sustainable restaurant rating
“FOOD MADE GOOD.”
We work with locally sourced ingredients
within an 80km radius,
including honey from Chiyoda City.
We compost a portion of vegetable scraps
generated in preparation and
actively use Fairtrade-certified ingredients.
These are not separate initiatives,
but part of a continuous set of choices
embedded in our daily practice.
We believe in the steady accumulation of
small implementations, rather than large-scale change.
Please note that regular dinner service is not available, as we prioritize private event reservations.
